Helps with constipation, constipation during pregnancy, maintenance of regularity, diverticular disease, IBS, haemorrhoids, anal fissure, ulcerative colitis

Directions

Should be taken stirred into water preferably after meals
Adults - contents of 1 sachet morning and evening
Children 6-12 year - half to 1 level 5ml spoonful depending on size and age, morning and evening
If there has been no bowel movement after 3 days a doctor should be consulted
Under 6 years - not recommended except on medical advice
